Overall sales for the month of November 2022 was at 23,80,465 units, compared to 18,93,647 units in November 2021. Total vehicle retails have climbed by 1.52% from November 2019, when 23,44,783 vehicles were sold. Tractor sales grew by 56.81% in November 2021, from 49,737 units to 77,993 units last month.
Two-wheeler sales grew by 23.61% in November 2021, to 18,47,708 units from 14,94,797 units. In November 2022, three-wheeler sales increased by 80.34%. In November 2021, 74,473 units were sold, compared to 41,296 units in November 2021.

Passenger vehicle sales increased by 21.31% over the previous year. Last month, 3,00,922 units were sold, compared to 2,48,052 units in November 2021. Commercial vehicle sales grew by 32.80% as well. In November 2022, 79,369 units were sold, up from 59,765 the previous year.
When it comes to vehicle sales, the holiday spirit continued into the wedding season, with rise in all categories. Better model mix availability in recent months, new launches, and an increase in rural demand maintained the PV market in the black. Compact SUVs, SUVs, and higher types remained popular.
