Overall Ownership Experience
Overall experience is satisfactory. The ride quality is comfortable. Cabin space feels quite good. Fuel Efficiency is the top most factor for choosing EV over other fuel type. Yes the charging infrastructure needs improvement as well as ease of payment to be looked at while using public charging infra. Range anxiety is a part of EV ownership experience. Tata service is yet another area of improvement.
Service & Maintenance Experience
Had to visit service centre 2-3 times in 4 months of ownership. Once for 1st service and rest time for running repairs. No cost accrued on service or repairs as of now. The service centre seem lacking EV specific infra be it manpower or equipments. Hope to see it growing and evolving with more EV on road.

Like: Build quality on top as it is TATA. then ride, handling, comfort
Dislike: Range anxiety, Quality checks before moving vehicles out of factory, Pricing, service centre quality.
