I purchased Safari Storme in back 2018. It's very less driven, but I use it very roughly because I have rapid as a primary car and this SUV likes to be abused. No issues at all. Replaced clutch recently because my father used to drive it on half clutch. No problem related to maintenance and reliability. But the service quality and standards of service center is very poor. 

Lack of knowledge. Irresponsive behavior. They took 1-2 hours to open job card and again 1-2 hours to find out what is the issue. It's like worker and employees at service center of Tata Motors don't care about customer. Part delay is another issue . Happy with SUV but not happy with service they provided. Looking to replace this real SUV with upcoming Mahindra Scorpio 2022.
