Overall my experience with Punch EV is great. The EV in its own has a good driving quality, comfort, premium car features and looks, and the response to power and drivability is unmatchable. Once any person drives an EV vehicle, it's difficult for him/her to drive an ICE engine vehicle.
Service & Maintenance Experience
Last week I clocked 24k kms but the service experience, if compared to brands like MARUTI and others, is not up to the mark. I own a Ciaz as well and their services are good as compared to TATA. Although not all Tata service centers are bad, but yes, mostly I have heard people have faced many challenges, even I myself have faced.
Things You Like & Dislike

The 360-degree camera is one of the useful features which I think all cars must have now.
The 5-star rating with 6 airbags is an attractive point to purchase this vehicle.
Ventilated seats in Punch.
Overall steering controls and cruise plus the Safari and Harrier features which Tata have given in Punch EV are the ones I love the most.
Dislikes:
Panel gaps in the overall car.
The cost of the car should be between 7-12 lacs.
The range must touch at least 300kms.
Some electronics error in the TPMS and headlight plus the Screen is not good.
