Overall Ownership Experience

I appreciate the vehicle’s performance, comfort, and cost-effective range:

  • Highway Range: 270-290 km with air conditioning
  • City Range: 280-320 km without air conditioning (varies with climate)

While the performance is commendable, there are areas for improvement, including:

  • White interior (prone to stains and maintenance)
  • Halogen headlamps instead of LEDs
  • Traditional horns instead of premium-sounding ones
  • Absence of front cup holders

Additionally, concerns about build quality include:

  • Uneven panel gaps
  • Fit-and-finish issues
Service & Maintenance Experience

The service intervals are set at every 7,500 km or six months, whichever comes first, which feels quite annoying.

  • It seems unnecessary to visit the service center every six months, especially when there’s nothing major to be done at 7,500 km.
  • The general checkup costs around ₹2,000, making it feel like an additional expense rather than a necessity.
  • It raises the question of whether this frequent servicing benefits the vehicle or is just a way for service centers to increase revenue.

That said, the service centers have been good so far, with no major issues reported—just regular servicing done as required.

Things You Like & Dislike
  • AC Performance in Peak Summer: The AC cuts off during peak summer to cool the battery, affecting cabin comfort.
  • Lack of Cup Holders: There is no cup holder in the center, which reduces convenience for the driver and passengers.
