Although the suspension is slightly on the stiffer side, the ride quality is amazing and the handling gives confidence while doing speeds of 100-120 kmph.
Service & Maintenance Experience
Tata has to get their service game on point in the next 1-2 years or else it's game over for them (in EVs especially) considering Mahindra's rise and BYD's silent market capture in the near future. The ASCs are so pathetically managed in a cosmopolitan city like Hyderabad, that I can totally imagine how bad they must be in tier 2&3 towns.

Likes:
Love the regency modes as per the driving conditions.
Absolutely silent rides. NVH levels are fantastic.
Dislikes:
Can do a better job at panel gaps, which are so evident all over the car.
