Niggles Faced
  • High Service Cost
  • Poor Service Quality
  • Expensive Spares
  • Delayed Parts
  • Non helpful authorised service center
  • Clutch pedal is very hard as compared to other cars, changing gears from 1st to 2nd Gear makes a noise which is irritating sometimes in heavy traffic. AC air flow is weak after every few years even after regular service.
Review Comments
Overall Ownership Experience

This compact hatchback has been a reliable companion for 5 years.

  • Front row comfort is excellent, with a spacious interior that feels bigger than expected.
  • The short turning radius is a big advantage in tight city traffic and parking situations.
  • Fuel economy:
  • Petrol only: Around 16.2 km/l over the years
  • CNG mode: Gives 20+ km on highways with 8 kg of gas
  • The car handles confidently at high speeds — I’ve taken it up to 152 km/h without feeling unsafe.
  • However, the running and service costs are quite high, which has hurt the wallet over time.
Service & Maintenance Experience
  • Initially purchased from a dealership in Delhi, which provided an excellent buying and first service experience.
  • Sadly, that dealership shut down, and ever since, servicing has been a nightmare.
Issues
  • Service centers are rare and located far away
  • Service costs are steep — never under ₹8,000, even without any major repairs
  • These high costs are after applying discounts, which makes it all the more frustrating
Things You Like & Dislike
Things to Like:
  • Large windshield and rear glass – offers great road visibility
  • Good AC performance (though it degrades over time)
  • Confident highway handling
  • Comfortable front seats
  • Great city maneuverability due to compact size
Things to Dislike:
  • AC airflow weakens every 2–3 seasons
  • Rear seat space is limited — not ideal for taller passengers
  • Boot space is average, and most of it is lost due to CNG tank installation
  • High service costs and poor service availability post initial dealership closure
