Overall Ownership Experience
  • It's a 1.5 diesel with a good amount of torque and enough power for daily usage.
  • The gearbox is super slick, and the gear shifts are super easy with no issues with the clutch.
  • The suspension is a bit stiff to my liking.
  • I feel the interior is excellent, as good as the Tata Nexon.
  • Safety is a bit of a concern in Kia, but we went with it as the salespersons were really helpful, and the experience was great.
  • We test drove the Tata Nexon, Hyundai Venue, Maruti Brezza, MG Astor, and Kia Sonet.
  • I feel that except for MG and Kia, none of the service people were really looking to sell the car; they were just doing their work, not caring about customers.
  • Kia people were really kind and helped us with all the doubts.
  • The service experience is also great.
  • Overall, I am very much satisfied with our purchase.
Service & Maintenance Experience
  • Service experience is nice, and the service people take snapshots of all the things they removed and send all the images before and after service.
  • As it's a diesel, the mileage is great — with an overall mileage of around 20 kmpl and a max mileage of 24.8 kmpl.
  • Service cost is also pocket-friendly.
