Review Comments

I have been using my Kia Seltos after selling off my Honda City. Though Honda's steering and ride was a notch above the Seltos, it was scraping the road when I climbed up the steep slope my office entrance has. My parents were finding it tough to enter the car too, so I felt a SUV will be a good idea. Harrier was out of budget, and I had a problem of my knee touching the console too. The Seltos was a stunner when it launched (still is) and I fell in love with its looks... The detailing in the chrome and headlight was flattering.

Driving Experience

I drove the Automatic during the test ride, and felt that it was similar to the Honda CVT which I always wanted to own. The engine was smooth(still is) and the ride was confidence inspiring. The steering wasn't like old Hyundai cars, it was responsive, and probably lighter than the City at low speeds. The ride was really confidence inspiring, and i didn't feel the ride as a compromise from a sedan.

Exterior & Paint Quality

Fit finish was awesome, and I have had no rattling issues yet.
I face an issue often where the 10 inch touch screen lags and stops responding to touches(for volume etc.) This is the only problem I have. The sunroof works like a charm, paint is good, though not VW quality. All sensors work well.

Service Experience

Service has been a breeze in Chennai, I don't have to tell anything, they just do what is recommended in the manual.

Strong AC

AC is strong, and cools the car in 3 minutes even in 40C humid climate, where the car has been standing out in sunlight.
