  • Current odometer reading: 42,000 km
  • Personally driven: Approx. 15,000–17,000 km
  • City driving experience is smooth and refined.
  • Offers good high-speed confidence on highways.
  • The 1.5L diesel engine performs well — strong during overtakes and runs very silently.
  • Overall, it’s a very good and practical engine for both city and highway use.
Service & Maintenance Experience
  • Clutch plate was replaced at around 35,000 km, mainly due to multiple drivers in the early years.
  • No major issues faced apart from that.
  • Maintenance cost is moderate — around ₹8,000–₹10,000 per service.
  • Service advisors are generally helpful, explain expenses clearly, and listen to customer concerns.
However, sometimes they try to upsell unnecessary add-ons like:
  • Tyre dressing
  • AC cleaning
  • Rodent protection
Diesel owners should note:
  • Faced DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) warnings 2–3 times.
  • Resolved by driving at 60–80 km/h on highways to clear the DPF.
