  • Minor Quality Issues
  • Poor Service Quality
  • 8/10 for periodic service. Not cant even do proper alignment. 5/10 for bodyshop work. They used old parts for replacing bumper. My car was rear ended the quality of the work was pathetic. Irresponsible people. Only normal oil and filter change work is good.

  • Service cost is reasonable.
  • Satisfied only with periodic servicing; other work has been disappointing.
  • Alignment jobs are poor, and body shop work is pathetic.
  • For a front bumper replacement, they used an old part, glued it with Feviquick, and charged for a new one.
  • After a rear-end collision, the boot door and bumper were replaced with terrible workmanship:
  • Panel gaps were noticeable.
  • Door was bent and not locking properly.
  • Took multiple visits to get it fixed.
  • Water leakage in boot during washing — recently corrected, needs to be verified.
Things You Like & Dislike
Pros:
  • Build quality is good (excluding safety).
  • Seats are very comfortable, even more than Taigun.
  • Ride quality and handling are good.
  • AC coverage is excellent.
  • IRVM dimming is better than Taigun’s.
  • Good legroom and boot space.
  • Comfortable for rear passengers; 60:40 split seats are practical.
  • Speakers are good.
  • 1.5 diesel engine performs well.
  • UV glass gives a slight heat reduction benefit.
Cons:
  • Safety is a concern.
  • After-sales service experience is poor.
  • Display burns noticed after 4.5 years.
  • Sunroof is not useful; would prefer it as an optional feature (HTX+ variant).
  • Wiper quality is bad.
