  • Comfortable ride quality, especially praised for the tall-boy design — makes ingress and egress easy, particularly for elderly passengers.
  • City driving experience is good, though fuel economy is poor.
  • AC performance is excellent, including rear passenger vents.
  • Interior fit and finish feels more premium than competitors in the segment (as of 2019).
  • Easy to drive and maneuver, with well-contained body roll despite its shape.

Things You Like & Dislike
Things to Like:
  • Comfort
  • AC performance
  • Premium interior finish for the segment
  • Maneuverability and ease of driving
Things to Dislike:
  • Power and fuel economy — underwhelming engine performance
  • Often need to turn off the AC to overtake, which highlights the lack of power
  • In hindsight, would have preferred the Maruti Ignis over the Santro due to its bigger engine and tyres
