9.5/10. Two years later, still love the car like day one. Build quality, both internal and external are straight up great and on par with luxury brands. Wouldn't buy any other car even if I had 2-3x the budget. Just happy to be owning my favorite car already. Have done long road trips and haven't faced any issues charging. Battery SOH is still 100% and the car has given essentially zero trouble so far.
Service & Maintenance Experience
While Hyundai claims to have separate, dedicated teams for servicing the IONIQ 5, sometimes that's only on paper. It's the same unskilled crew looking at your car and causing damages in the process. Mine added dents, swirls and a whole bunch of other issues during my third service. Would never go them again.
Things You Like & Dislike
Build quality, suspension and design are top notch.
Nothing to dislike except that the rear is a dust magnet due to its design. Living in dusty cities like Gurgaon means the rear gets dirty within a few minutes of taking the car out.
