Overall Ownership Experience
  • Have had this car for almost 5 years now.
  • I have done multiple trips in South India, including highways and rural roads.
  • I have always found it reliable and not faced any major issues till date.
  • We have travelled even with 5 adults and not faced any trouble.
  • Engine was really smooth until 75 to 80k kms. Post that, I find rattling noises and a bit of roughness in the engine.
  • Even the suspension has become too soft. This persists even after service, which I have always done at every 10k kms.
  • Will be using this for another 50k kms before looking for a change.
Service & Maintenance Experience
  • Service is costly when compared to Maruti.
  • I always get it serviced at Blue Hyundai in Koramangala, Bangalore. They have been reliable and transparent at all times.
  • Overall happy with the quality of service, though the spares could be less costlier.
Things You Like & Dislike
Things to Like:
  • Basically, I love driving my car. It has always been comfortable.
  • Never felt it was a small car, as it has taken me to lots of places safely.
  • Will recommend it as a first car for anyone.
Things to Dislike:
  • Issues have recently been faced with suspension and rattling noises.
