I am using my car since 2018 and it is being used in single handed. I am not satisfied with the rattling noise, paint is poor specially at the door panels and reverse gear engagement is also issue with 4 out of 10 times. I use my car on highways on daily basis for 30-35 kms in Up and down to my office. I am not satisfied with the Hyundai service experience as they rectify the particular issue with very temporary solution in spite of they are told for no budget co trains. This clearly shows they are not technically qualified for any particular issue in my car. I have visited other district authorized service center from Hyundai but the problems are still intact.
I am looking for my next car in upcoming year. But I will not go with the Hyundai this time due to poor service experience with Hyundai.
