Models and Sales
In India, 3 models are available from Honda at the moment: all sedans. The company states that, in India, Amaze accounts for 53% of Honda's sales and represents one out of every two cars sold.
Between April 2013 and March 2018, Honda sold 2.6 lakh units of the first-generation Amaze. In May 2018, the second-generation Amaze was introduced. The compact sedan has been delivered to 2.7 lakh customers since then.

Engine & Manufacturing Plant
The Amaze is now available with a 1.2-litre i-VTEC petrol engine that has been updated to meet RDE emission standards. The engine is mated to either a 5-speed manual transmission or a CVT.
Honda's Tapukara plant in Rajasthan produces the Amaze. Honda also sells the Amaze in South Africa and the SAARC region.
