• This is a paid consultation service. Payment once made is non-refundable.
• The consultation may include:
  • 30 / 60 minute audio call, as per selected plan
  • Suggested car options
  • PDF summary / report
  • Voice note support, if applicable under the selected plan
• Once the consultation call has been completed and recommendations have been shared, the service shall be treated as fully delivered.
• No refund shall be claimed or accepted after service delivery, including in cases where the customer is unhappy with the suggestions, options shared, or final outcome.
• All recommendations are based on the information provided by the customer. The final purchase decision shall remain solely the customer’s responsibility.
• This consultation is advisory in nature and does not guarantee any specific outcome, vehicle performance, ownership experience, or financial result.
• Volklub, Sunderdeep Singh, and any associated team member or consultant shall not be held liable for:
  • Any purchase decision taken by the customer
  • Any financial loss, dissatisfaction, or ownership-related issue
  • Vehicle performance, after-sales experience, or brand/service-related concerns
